Hello I am not a mum, being a male, actually I'm an editor of a magazine which tells our readers (major supermarket store managers and product buyers) about customers' real experiences in store and how they need to improve things.
I would love to hear from any mums who have grievances about what happens in their local store, from carrier bags to damaged ready meals. Anything that's really irritating basically, also maybe what's really good about your Aldi (not to express any bias towards Waitrose!).
All grist to the mill for editorial ideas, in the end which should help stores get better!
