What could I substitute for plum sauce

Duck is in oven, pancakes steamed, cucumber and spring onions cut - and just discovered have no bloody plum sauce....

Any ideas (apart from giving it all to dog and going to a mediocre local chinese).

Could you do something orangey? Warm marmalade?

I thought of that, and dismissed it for lazy and linguistic and parking reasons

I have mango chutney or sweet and sour (past sell by date) sauce

i would use a little sweet and sour, you may descover a new dish
