Have never tried, but I don't imagine it defrosts too well. Give it a go. And let me know how you get on!

its for ds so don't suppose it matters if it defrosts a bit gloopy as i mixed it with vegies and tomatoes - i just made a bit too much as think he might get sick of it for every meal!!!

I used to freeze couscous mixed with sweetpotato & peas for DS. I just added a bit of water if it was dry when I heated up. But most of the time I didn't . He loved it, so i made masses at one time.
