Rocky Road Recipe Anyone?

The M&S Rocky Road mini bites are delish but a tad expensive (although are currently 3 for £6). Before I go and randomly experiment with stated ingredients (choc, marshmallow, sultana, crisped rice, biscuit, glace cherries, oats), anyone got a tried and tested recipe?

never tried the M&S one, but I've done this recipe and it is delicious. It also freezes well, and tastes scrummy warmed up with icecream on. It makes a HUGE amount though, so either freeze half, or halve the recipe.
