Have loads as neighbour got some cheap, but are on the turn now. Gave some to ds2's nursery but still have enough to feed 5 thousand.

Fancy banana cake....

ice cream (banana puree stirred into double bream)

slice, saute with butter, rum and maple syrup

roast on the bbq

Put them in the freezer and use them later. Sorry at work and don't have my bananacake recipee

Something I made for my babies melt a little butter on the pan, add banana until "mushy", add cinnamon, and juice from one orange. That is yummy on its own or with icecream.

Peel them, freeze them, then blitz them while frozen to make instant banana "ice cream".

banana curry is supposed to be nice, honestly! Keep meaning to try it!

Peel back a segment of skin on each, slice bana (thick slice) without removing from skin

remove alternate banana slices, into each space put a marshmallow and a choc button each side.

Wrap in foil, bake (oven OK but barbecue or fire best) until squidgy- ALLOW TO COOL before serving (with ice cream if you want) as gets really hot
