Iced cupcakes - OK overnight without airtight container?

I'm making 48 iced cupcakes for DS's baby-naming. Will they and their icing survive overnight without an airtight container? The icing will go right to the edge so they will be kind of 'sealed'. Should I use clingfilm to cover them loosely?

If you haven't got a container, I would put them on a tray and then use clingfilm or foil to make as tight a seal as possible round the edge.
