Exciting chicken stock question

Made chicken stock on oooo must have been Friday, been in fridge since. Will it be okay to use today??

Yes just make sure it is heated up to boiling point.

I reckon it would be fine, as long as you boil it up thoroughly first.

it also freezes well for next time you make it if you might not need it for a while.
