put it in a kitchen roll tube, seal the ends with foil and eslastic bands and hey presto, a rain maker!

the last time I made it I fried some onions and mushrooms (in a little oil with a sprinkle of herbs) then mixed with some prepared couscous and stuff it into some pepper halves and topped with some cheese. ds helped to mix it together and stuff the peppers and sprinkled the cheese (mostly on the counter). put it in the oven on medium for 20 - 30 min. everyone liked it though ds only ate the middle couscous, veg and cheese bit. he also loves it mixed with full-fat creamcheese!

Cook it - as told to on packet,

I think the stuff I buy is 8oz of cous cous and half pint boiling water, put in a bowl, nob of butter leave til fluffy and yummy..

I then dice some yummy vine ripened tomatoes, and some dried apricots, and mix in - adds some flavour to it...

Make a salad - cook then add tomatoes, peppers, cucumber

I usually have lemon and coriander cous cous with baked salmon and spinach.

Cous cous also goes really well with lamb.
