Anniversary starter - ideas please!

It is our anniversary this Sunday so I am making a special meal (DH pays for ingredients but I don't want to eat his cooking!)

We are having breaded rack of lamb for main and chocolate sauce covered profiteroles for pudding.

I am pregnant (so no pate or baked brie!) and he refuses to eat vegetables or fruit so what can I do?

Ideas gratefully recieved!

So we are having Brie-Stuffed Mushroom Caps , Breaded Rack of Lamb and profiteroles....mmmmmm.

Have even bought goose fat to make the roasties properly!
Am off to spend a happy afternoon pottering in the kitchen while DH takes DD to the park!

I found loads of tuff about Brie being okay cooked to shut him up and spent all of yesterday eating it on toast......so yummy!
