Frozen artichokes

As a huge frozen peas fan I recently decided to branch out - but my frozen artichoke hearts have now been in freezer for nearly two months and I have yet to find inspiration on how to use them... any ideas?

defrost, bung in oil and garlic. i put them on top of pizza but they are bit grim without the oil.

Lol to artichoke reactions! I know. Think I had a pregnant brain blip in Waitrose. I love the ones in oil but they're so expensive! But the frozen ones are probably cheap for a reason - i.e. disgusting? Maybe I should save them for burn emergencies... fishie - maybe pizza is the solution, disguised with lots and lots of garlic.

naah they are alright, i was trying to save calories, also in waitrose (does one get frozen artichokes elsewhere?) i'm not exactly gobbling them up though.

Chicken and artichoke risotto is lovely. I've never used frozen but I have used tinned. Bung in some lemon thyme at the end.

Thanks LD I'll give it a go and let you know how I get on
