Sausages just defrosted

I got em out the freezer last night and have beend efrosting in the fridge. Was going to use them tonight but now cooking something else.

Can I use them tomorrow?

Can't you cook them tonight, them have them cold tomorrow? (or have them for supper with brown sauce on white bread? )

or cook them and chuck them into a frittata or some such like concoction?

yes cover an put in fridge! dont forget them though! i normally do!
