never made farls - I just mix leftover mash with an egg and fry it.

its okay i have found proportions - its 2 lots mash to 1 lot plain flour cheers

I add some flouruntil it's quite firm, bit of salt and pepper, get your hands into make them into scone sized blobs, flattena bit, put them into oven for approx 20 mins, flipping over half way through.
