Can I bake miniture new potatoes -Quick!

Or do I have to boil them?

boil for ten mins. Toss in olive oil and if you are being fancy a splash of lemon juice and soy sauce and bake for 30 mins on gas 6/7.

stick them in the micro for ten mins, then finish them off on a flat frying pan, chuck some olive oil and whatever herbs or spices you fancy over them. I stuff mine with massala then fry them at a very low temperature until soft, with only a dash of oil.

Thankyou! I just boiled them today, but tommorow I will do them Dances way ( I've got lots!)

Proper recipe is one teaspoon each of soy, lemon and olive oil mixed together then poured over the potatoes! Enjoy, they're yum

I rather like slicing up left over boiled new potatoes and frying them in butter .. yummy chips
