Tonight I made a rectangular cheese pie using ready-made puff pastry, a tin of condensed celery soup, some sweetcorn and a whole lotta cheese. My fussy 3yr old even declared I could make it again tomorrow, wahey! Relatively small pie but that's good because the soup is a little salty, so serve with accompaniments. You could even pop in a zapped white fish fillet.
