Whipping cream - a revelation

God knows how I've managed to get to the age of 31 without ever using whipping cream, but whipped some up for the first time today to make a fool. It whipped up so quickly! Was so lovely and creamylicious I wanted to stick my head in the bowl.

Must find more recipes that require it.

Banofee pie

Melt 3 oz butter add 1 pkt of crushed ginger biscuits. Make cheesecake base (I make it with sides so you can take it out of the tin and pour the filling in when it's chilled)

Whip up 6 tablespoons of whipped cream. Stir in 3 tbsps of condensed milk, 3 of fresh lemon juice.

Pour mix into chilled (hard) cheesecake base.
