Would anyone have a nice curry sauce recipe that would do kids and can be made hotter for adults?

Okay....
I do it in large frying pan and cook on hob
MY mum sticks it in the oven.

Gently heat 4 dessert spoons veg oil with blob of butter or marg.

Sprinkle over 2 dessert spoon curry powder
and 2 dessert spoon flour

Heat really gently 1 min

take of heat
mix into smooth paste

add 1 mug chicken stock
stir in

have another mug chicken stock handy
Boil gently till sauce is correct thickness

Add garlic, salt pepper and big blob tomato puree.....too taste

Why on earth would you use cooked meat, you are missing out on all the flavour from cooking it in the sauce.

Sautee off chopped onions, garlic, fresh ginger and chicken in hot veg oil, add curry powder and a spoon of flour, continue to cook and stir. Add tomato paste and cook a little longer.

Add chick peas and chicken stock and stir, allow it to come to the boil and reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.

If it is too spicy for the dc's stir in some natural yoghurt or cream.
