Artichoke......artichoke..........artichoke??

DD has been curious about artichokes for the past few weeks when we've done the food shop. Today, we finally bought one. Now......what do I do with it??

Thanks for that MuminBrum. I only saw your post after I had cooked it. It was good, but think next time I'll cook it a bit longer as it was a bit tough. DD loved it though!
