i dunno but i much prefer te idea of a baked stud than a boreing ol' spud

I normally boil the potatoes for about 5-10 mins first and then pop them in the oven on about 180 for about an hour. that way the potatoe is noce and fluffy and teh skin is crisp

Oven on at about 220
Cut a cross in the skin and shove metal skewer through stud
bake for about 30 mins then reduce to about 180 and bake for a further 30-30 mins

SpawnChorus · 12/05/2007 13:06

sorry - a further 20 - 30 mins

softmusk · 12/05/2007 13:43
