Can anyone please tell me how to make fondant icing that I can either pour onto a cake or roll out and then mould onto it?
I have found a variety of different recipes on the internet but I wondered if someone had a recipe that definitely WORKS! I don't have a candy thermometer and no access to getting one (I am in Thailand). The other recipes I have seen include raw egg whites....do you think that would be OK for a 4th birthday cake for lots of children?
