Cottage pie recipe suitable for 7 month old

I would love to try my 7month old with a cottage pie (beef mince) one night but i'm a bit stuck how to make it suitable for her. Usually i would add gravy made from granuals but i know they are high in salt and unsuitable for babies.

Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe for cottage pie please?

Thanks

Not really a recipe, just cook the mince with a bit of onion, grated carrot, leek, tom puree, herbs + anything else in the cupboard which has flavour and is compatible, and some water until the right texture.

Annabel Karmel has one.

I'd brown mince, add finely chopped onion and garlic
add mushroom, carrot, bay leaf, mixed herbs, splash worcester sauce, tin tomatoes and simmer for 30 mins then taste

Thanks eveyone. I did take a look at the Annabel Karmel one but i couldn't be bothered making up the stock - plus sounded a bit too difficult for me!! I'm so paranoid about levels of salt and sugar in food for my baby, wish i was more confident with all this malaky!!

Thanks again
