Kohlrabi

Thanks for all the excellent suggestions on beetroot two weeks ago. This week's organic veg box challenge appears to be kohlrabi. Any ideas?

Peel it, slice it in to discs if it is a young once, about the size of your fists, or dice if it is bigger
Steam it till tender
Serve it hot with butter and salt and pepper

That's all it needs

It will make you fart like a demon though, so be warned
