Mince - recipes pls

Have defrosted some lamb mince, any ideas of what i can do with it other than bolognese? I have a big pot of rice leftover from yesterday too and would like to use it.

lamb mince is just crying out for moussaka

like lasagne but made with lamb mince and thin layers of potato intead of pasta sheets

Aren't there aubergines in moussaka?
Make meat balls (mince + finely chopped onion + garlic + 1 egg + salt and pepper). Roll into flour, fry for 3mn inolive oil. Add stock + some chopped tomatoes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and rosemary. Cook for 15mn. Serve with the rice.

for a moroccan twist:
Add chopped parsley and coriander to meatball mix.
Add cumin and paprika to tomatoes.
Eat with crusty bread.
