Can I roast baby leeks?

without par boiling?

though would stick them in a baking dish, with a splash of wine, olive oil and some grated parmesan..how long d'ya reckon in the oven?

DH (Chef) says dont do it! Would prob go very dry.

Have you not got time to boil them for a little time?

OTOH although he says it sounds a bit bizarre try it and let him know!!

30 mins I reckon-I do 20 for asparagus this way so add another 10 (ish) and I think should be fine (mmmm)

well, they were yummy !! so ner to mrcollision!

absolutly delish, parmesan was all crisp , and the leeks were all soft and lovely, wil be making those again!
