Actually I still have my easter egg sitting on top of the cupboard, so perhaps I am not the best qualified person to talk about chocolate.

G&Bs - most are organic but not fairtrade with the exception of Maya Gold which is organic and fair trade. G&B was bought out by Cadbury's a couple of years ago.
As for me, I'm still finishing my Easter chocolate and will be bitting the ears off a Lindt bunny tonight.

Hotel Chocolat isn't actually Fairtrade, but along the same lines .

Cadbury's etc may be junk but it is my 1st choice in chocaholism. Here you can get Lindt by the bucketload but I go mad for a Fruit n Nut.
