mix with mashed potato to make fishcakes?

or make DH think of something. Or eat it himself

I put tinned mackerel/sardines in salads
Sardines are lovely on decent pizza bases with capers/garlic/whatever else you like on pizza
sardines are also nice mashed up on toast
tuna mixed with mayo for sandwich fillings or on baked potatoes

mash it with yogurt, creme fraiche or fromage frais, add some lemon juice, black pepper, fresh herbs eg parsley. Lovely as a sandwich filling or as a dip with veg sticks. Mash it with avocado and again have it as a dip or on toast. Dd likes tinned tuna (in spring water, no salt) with mashed potato and pea puree. You can put any tinned fish on toast, cover with slices of tomato and/or add some cheese and put under grill until crispy. Make pasta sauces with them..i could go on, HTH!

Dh used to do this with tinned Salmon and we had loads of it.

In the end I made him eat it all in sandwiches until it had gone.
