I know but have no cooker anymore and microwave is only source of heat apart from the kettle and ds1 is demanding fried rice and eggs
help

beat eggs in bowl with some milk and butter then put in and ping for about 40 secs, then beat, and put back in for another 30 secs or so (depends on number of eggs and power of microwave). they're fine, just be careful not to overcook.

suzywong: i feel awful! bet they're lovely, was talking out of my arse (as usual) had bad experience with v v overcooked rubbery scrambled eggs whilst on holiday once (they took on the shape of the bowl iykwim!) sorry!

the trick is to do them for lots of short bursts and mix in between each one. IME scrambled eggs this way are better than pan ones!
