Just got a delivery from Sainsbury's and they had substituted some goats cheese I'd ordered for this cheese. I was in a hurry so just assumed it was a different brand of goats cheese.
The label says "Smooth soft goats cheese dusted in ash. Handmade at Ravens Oak Dairy"
Why would you dust anything with ash???
Anyone used this before?
