Suggest something Quick and easy to do with these pork chops.....?

quick because my foot is sprained and i can't stand for long.

don't actually like PCs but dp wanted them and now i can't work up the motication to cook the damn things

Cover them in pesto and grill/fry them. Macaroni on the side (drizzle a bit of olive oil/butter on when they are cooked). 15mins max.

smother with mixture of honey and mustard, then grill?

take them to the park, or watch a DVD with them?
cover them in mango chutney and grill them - serve with rice and veg.

Grill them with slices of apple and some fresh thyme.

spread with apple sauce, chutney or apricot jam, sprinkle with dry paxo stuffing and bake in oven for 20-30 mins

mmmm, love the pesto idea but dp doesn't like pesto. do you think he'd notice?

think it'll have to be honey and mustard as thats what i have in the house. thanks all

Or you could spread them with plenty of mustard and wrap them in foil and bake them; the hotness disappears and just turns into a nice sauce...
