How do I make it? Seem to remember its cream cheese, icing sugar and either grated orange zest or orange juice.... Anyone got any idea of quantities of each or shall I just throw things in a bowl and hope for the best?

I use 4 oz cream cheese, 3 sifted tblsp of icing sugar (and by tablespoons, I mean the large serving spoons) and the rind and juice of an orange.

ta housewife. Just waiting for it too cool then will adorn it with your icing. mmm

I use about 140g full fat Philly (light just goes all thin...) with an equal amount of icing sugar beaten in, and a scant teaspoon of almond essence. Mmmm

thanks tickle but housewife wins so far, I'm not an almond fan!
