brown rice recipes please

I have some brown rice. what can I add to it to make it a nice meal? thanks

Fry an onion and finely chopped celery with cumin and coriander seeds ground up and stir in rice with tin of chickpeas. sprinke wth chopped fresh coriander leaves - divine!
