I know you said not juicing, but if you mix juice with strawberries and a ripe banana, you get a nice smoothy.

Cut them into chunks and freeze them (a single layer in a freezer bag is fine) to make really cool ice-cubes. DC's love 'em!

hmm. i'm a bit of a crap cook.

love the idea of the smoothies. and definitely the ice cubes.

marmalade might be a bit out of my league. and i wouldnt know where to start with a cheesecake. maybe a trifle though?
