What can I do to the chicken to give it that flame grilled taste ? Think just grilling will be a bit bland

like this you can get them much cheaper too

I don't know about flame grilled taste, but to stop them being bland, marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and a touch of salt and pepper for at least 1/2 hour before you grill it. Makes it very tender, and tastes lovely.

ok so maybe just brown them in a normal frying pan first?
