Best Curry House in Cardiff?

Which is best. Juburaj (spell??) - Rhiwbia or the Indian Gate - Whitchurch?

Juboraj all the way, but the one in Rhiwbina not Lakeside.

We have a Juboraj every Friday, its the biggest treat of the week

Us too! We used to live in Whitchurch but now live in Roath, but still get an Indian Gate every Friday. Have you tried it? I have tried the Juroraj Lakeside, thought it was a bit bland!!

Yeah I dont like the one in Lakeside either, the food definately tastes different there. Rhiwbina is so good, and the guys are lovely, one night when I waited in the car because I had the kids they ran out with my curry for me

I havent been to the Indian Gate, where is that?

I am partial to chips, curry sauce and sausage in batter from the Top Gun in Whitchurch though, that place is lovely

Yeah, topgun in good, but the Albany Fish Bar is gorgeous! There batter is sooooo crunchy!!

I'm going to try the Juboraj tonight (on your recommendation!!!) and I'll let you know what I think on Monday.

The Indian Gate is in Whitchurch, opposite the gates to Whitchurch High, on the main road. Its bloody brilliant! if you like prawns - try the king prawn puree (its a starter but it's as filling as a main meal if you team it with rice, pomps & a Peshwari! Also they do a divine bangan bartha (aubergine)

Its always packed out, so order your takeaway early. Enjoy xx

Oh btw when you pick up your curry, look our for stars! I've see Char & Gav there, Tom Jones & Russell Grant! (What a bloody claim to fame!!)
