I still buy full fat because I like it, but I drink alot of milk and want to swap to semi skimmed. Trouble is, if i still have to buy full fat for Ds then I will just carry on drinking it.

Ds is 4 by the way.

skimmed milk is water, imho - we went back to ff milk when dd arrived, and I really enjoy it now - would not go back to semiskimmed - 4% is officially low-fat, after all (well, according to something I read years ago, anything less than 5% is low, maybe the goalposts have moved?).

Agree re. calcium absorption too.
