Any ideas for quick and tasty finger food for a party of 15 people? Am going to do potato wedges, mini pizzas and oatcakes with cream cheese and smoked salmon but need some more ideas...

I went to a party once where they had chiken slices spread with soft cheese (philedelphia I think) and then rolled (like a jam roly poly). Sounds odd but it was suprisingly tasty.

Mini cheese tarts

line little cake tin (jam tart style one) with very thin pastry with a bit of cheese/basil kneaded into it

Beat up an egg/grated strong cheese (good cheddar, or Gruyere, or Manchego), sea salt, black pepper, basil, splash of milk, chopped chives, tbsp self-raising flour

Pour mixture into pastry tart cases and bake on gas mark 6 for about 8 minutes

Yum

They are delicious, my kids had them this evening (with home-made baked beans and home-made ketchup, and salad)
