300g self raising flour
half tsp mustard powder
half tsp paprika
75g butter
6 slices honey roast ham,chopped
185g mature cheddar cheese,grated
1 egg beaten
250ml milk
6tsp finely grsated parmesan..for top

preheat oven to 190
grease 12 hole muffin tin
Sieve flour,mustard powder,paprika in large bowl.
Rub until resembles bread crumbs,add ham & cheese,then stir in egg & milk.
spoon into tin & sprinkle with parmesan
bake for 20 mins
remove to rack to cool
