Zonnebloem shops are health food shops and should have the gluten free products that you need. There is a website for you it is in Dutch, but I'm more than happy to help translate for you gluten free products

If you google, type in and search gluten vrij there's a list found a few online shops and one shop in Utrecht. Depends where you're going In Holland.

I'm sure that Albert Heijn (supermarkets) probably have gluten vrij products. You'll find that unless you're going to Brabant or Friesland that most Dutch speak beautiful english.

Ditto alipiggie. Our local Albert Heijn (the biggest supermarket chain and found in every town) has an isle of 'health food' products which clearly labelled - through pictures etc - stuff which has no wheat, no dairy etc.

SSDD I don't have any food allergies (thank the Lord) so just buy the regular bread in the Albert Heijn or from bakers but will have a look in the supermarket today and see what they have and post later.
