Made a lime cake last Friday (20/04).
It's now Tuesday afternoon.
Along with flour, BP, sugar, it has eggs, butter, yoghurt and lots of lime juice in it.
It's been in a tin on the counter since then.
It's really really good -- but we've only eaten half of it.
Do you think it's still OK to eat? (am pg if that makes any difference)
Oh, how i wish we had a bigger fridge and a proper freezer!!!!

FWIW I would still eat it.
I keep cakes at least a week, I fugure the sugar preserves them!
Pleaase feel free to throw in my direction if you do decide to get rid off it

Taste it and see!

All the eggs etc were well cooked so I would!
