mackerel recipe please

never cooked mackerel. apparently packed with omegas.
Any ideas please?

Stuff it's insides with a slice of lemon, a sprig of thyme, garlic and s+p, bake at gas 6 for about 20 mins, or when the flesh lifts off the backbone.
Good with roast cherry tomatoes.

Grill it with mustards
wash the fillets and patt dry
slash/score on teh flesh side and spread with a mix of mustards, ketchup and salt and pepperl and a dash of honey.
Grill on one side till it looks crispy and the flesh has parted around the slashes.
Serve with lemon juice and a bit of greek yogurt.

buy smoked mackerel ready cooked, then make warm salad with new potatoes, mackerel, lettce cucumber and mustard mayonaise with a bit of fennel.
