Dairy allergy and calcium requirements

My DD2 is 12mths in a weeks time and I feel I have done my bit with breastfeeding. She has been diagnosed with a dairy allergy so I am trying to find out what calcium substitutes to give and in what quantities but it's all very confusing! The health visitor helpfully suggested I look on the internet which I have but no real luck. She refuses soya milk and rice milk but will eat soya yoghurt and alpro deserts. Seeing paediatrician in July but need some advice now! Many thanks in advance.

Try lots of green leafy veg, tahini (sesame seeds are rich in calcium), ground almonds/cahews/brazils, tofu etc. Some tropical fruits like papaya are fairly rich in calcium too.

Try looking on a vegetarian/vegan website for non diary sources of calcium too. Try this
