QUICK, breadcrumbs pls.

I am very tired, 4 hours sleep last night and a long, long so please forgive the stupidity of following questions:

a) best way to make breadcrumbs
b) i bought sliced sainsbury bakery reduced will it be better today or tomorrow to make breadcrumbs?
c) can i freeze them?

thanks, i want to make some of aitchs blog recipes and they all have breadcrumbs in ATM.

(A) cut off crusts, cut into chunks and whizz in a food processor until breadcrumbs
(B) slightly stale bread makes better breadcrumbs
(C) yes

i think it should be slightly stale if reduced? and too stale tomorrow?
