Sausage Rolls...

Anyone got a fool proff recipe for making them?? Ds1 loves sausage rolls and would love to have a go at making them for him

I can't believe I'm answering this but ....
packet of posh puff pastry (yes, it does exist)
packet of posh sausages
Combine the two and you'll feel less bad about the whole sausage roll aspect to your cooking

Pack of puff pastry rolled out into 3 rectangles.

Pack pork mince. Mix in some parsely, paprika, salt, pepper and squidge until mixed.
Put in middle of pastry and squidge along until sausage shaped.
Grate small amount of nutmeg over.
Seal edge with beaten egg, roll and press down and then brush with beaten egg
Cook GM6 for 20ish mins.

Hide from my DH as he will scarf the feckin lot while you are out at the park leaving none for DD's tea!

Made some lovely ones at weekend with a chopped apple and half a chopped leek mixed in...mmmmm
