Normally I just cook turkey as if it were chicken just being carful that it dosent dry out. Ds is mad on rice at the moment so not long ago had some turkey steaks and cut it into strips and stir fried it with some vegtables (onions, peppers, mushrooms) with a little soy sauce and brown sugar to make a simple teriyaki sauce over rice. The bowl was empty at the end so it obviously went down well. Have also roasted the steaks in the oven with garlic cloves and lemon wedges salt, pepper, and oregano. I'm sure you will get a few more ideas.

good luck

You can do a sort of southern fried thing which is really nice.

Ingredients for 4:
2 turkey steaks, cut in half
Plain flour
2 eggs, beaten with a fork
2 slices of bread (pref white) processed into breadcrumbs
Butter or oil

Bash turkey steaks out flat with a rolling pin.

Dip in seasoned flour (pepper, pinch of salt, if your dcs are adventurous add some spices)

Dip in beaten egg

Dip in breadcrumbs.

Fry over a medium heat in a little oil and/or butter until golden brown and cooked through.
