frozen sausages are probably the only thing you can cook from frozen and you don't have much time to defrost the others so how about toad in the hole with carrots and sweetcorn?

Yorkshire pudding batte so,

Eggs
Plain Flour
Milk
Salt and Pepper

put sausages in a little oil in a roasting dish in oven at 200 for 15 to 20 mins until done but not too crispy.

meanwhile make batter 4 oz plain flour, 2 eggs and 1/2 pt milk and whisk.

pour batter over hot sausages and hot oil and back in oven for 20 mins.

serve with veg and gravy.

it makes a big yorkshire pud with sausages stuck in it. Can do a bit of mash to go with it if you like.

These quantities are usually for 8 sausages and a 10 x 8 inch roasting pan

sorry it's 200 celcius and add a little salt and pepper to the batter

Enjoy!!!
