Have just done a James Martin fool.
I have LOADS left, can I freeze the fool mixture, it is mascarpone, fresh orange juice and icing sugar?
It seems such a waste.
Very nice recipe though, cooked rhubarb at bottom of tall glass, then the fool, then crumbled digestives, repeat, then on the top I sprinkled a few crumbled biscuits and grated white choc.
