Wondered if anyone can help me here? PTA is doing a quiz night and we are providing a "ploughmans" supper of cheese (cheddar/soft cheese), pate, french bread, pickles and salad during the evening. Also crips and nuts on the tables in bowls. I'm trying to find what an acceptable portion size would be, somewhere on the internet. We need to purchase the food next Friday and I'm also costing out the items so we ensure we make some profit in this too!
Any guidance, information would be gratefully received.
