A family member is interested in becoming vegan and I’d love to give them a good recipe book: Can anyone please recommend a really useful book to start with?
(I would love to incorporate more vegan meals too and make things like spiced chickpeas/ falafels/ dahl but I need quite a lot of fat and high energy foods as struggle to keep weight on as it is. So interested in high energy food replacements too, I guess nuts and avocados and various oils but I panic at the idea of cutting out the calories in cheese/ ice cream / eggs etc!
