What do you serve with souffle?

I'm going to have a go at souffle tonight. Never made it before, but the duchessofNorksbride(???) posted it on another thread and it sounds lovely. What should I do with it?

hmm, helpful!

This is a Leek souffle, and intended for the main course. Please don;t make me serve it with custard.
