I am making a huge vat of the stuff! Or failing that, how long would you keep in the fridge? Thanks in advance!

I did the same thing a couple of months back! Another MNer (sorry, can't remember who) said that it does freeze, and I have to say, it was alright when it came out, and none of us has had any side effects from eating it. I wouldn't keep it more than 2-3 days in the fridge.
