I hope someone can help. Ages ago I found a recipe in one of the foodie magazines for a dessert that was basically a base of filo pastry, topped with apricots in a type of custard - I think it included almond, and then topped with more filo. It was gorgeous and looked stunning but I've lost the recipe and can't remember enough of it to replicate it.
Anyone got any ideas???
